Important notes
1) Goods declared at customs: tax refund for customs declaration is not accepted in mainland channels below 100KGS, and Hong Kong has no influence on customs declaration.For goods declared under 100KG, you can choose Hong Kong channel.
2) About intellectual property rights: if books/picture albums/brochures/gifts/trophies are displayed, such as publishing houses, companies or clubs, etc., tax should not be included.If the consignee or consignor is not the brand owner, an official authorization is required and only tax exclusive channels are available.
3) Due to the high rate of inspection of plant products in Australia, fumigation certificates are required for all wood products, rattan products, bamboo products and other products to ensure stable aging. In order to avoid affecting the aging and customs clearance of fumigation goods, our company does not make fumigation certificates instead of air distribution channels.
4) For live goods, MSDS.UN38.3 and battery letter shall be provided. If the battery report cannot be provided, additional charges shall be charged
5) Local delivery requirements in Australia: Irregular packing (round/triangle/wooden frame/bare packing/woven bag, etc.) requires an additional charge of AUD10/ piece equivalent to RMB 50/ piece
6) This channel is a general address with tax included. Some products will incur additional fees, please refer to the above table.
7) The local Courier company in Australia does not pay for free secondary delivery, so please try not to provide your home address, so as to avoid the failure of delivery and the cost of secondary delivery. The charge will be calculated according to the postal code of delivery.
8) The transport of dangerous goods such as imitation brands, liquid, pure batteries, fragile goods, gas, food and medicine is not acceptable;Ban tobacco, firearms, drugs, cargo seizures to the police.
