Import Custom Clearance & Duty
Customs duty is an import tax(also be know as tariff, import tax or import tariff ) levied by the customs authorities of a country on imported goods and merchandise. Any imported merchandise from an international trade being transported via ocean freight, land, or air must be declared upon arrival. It must be accompanied by supporting documents including but not limited to the Bill of Lading, packing list, and commercial invoice.

Such service are NOT applicable to Express Delivery/Air Freight/Sea Freight, but only to these regions:

Loss & Damage Policy

Our company is commit to assist throughout the entire shipment. However, it is highly recommended to get Freight Insurance Coverage if total product value exceed USD600 each shipment. Our Insurance rate is 2.0‰ on each shipping order, covers the rest of the deductible claim of loss & damage once occur. Otherwise, its claim and compensation is strictly subjected to the Carriers' Default.
